Day #7

Day #7 on this wonderful IsaJourney...Hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday...I did!  A couple shakes and a wonderful meal last night of salad and grilled chicken...It was my daughter-in-laws birthday so Sat. I went to the bakery...got gourmet cupcakes...(can you believe it...me on a "cleanse" going to the bakery), but I love her and wanted her b'day to be special so I did it...NO TEMPTATION...couldn't believe it!  I wasn't even tempted to try one of the delicious samples they have on the counter nor was I tempted to eat the hummingbird, apple spice, carrot cake, white chocolate raspberry, chocolate or lemon cupcakes with the wonderful cream cheese and white icing that I love...didn't even have a desire to eat a little bit...you see I feel so good about Julie...especially yesterday after going to The Cove church...I felt great inside and out!  This journey is turning out to be one of cleansing in more ways than one!!  Thanks Isagenix for the motivation and determination to change me!!  I'll keep you guys posted...tomorrow and Wed. are my last two cleanse days and I cannot wait to see what happens!!  Love to all!
