Day #3

Hello Friends...day #3...I am so excited to start my Isa Cleanse.  I drank my first 4 ozs. this morning and guess what...It didn't taste bad at all.  I must confess I was apprehensive early in the am when the sun was rising I couldn't help but wonder about my day.  Like I've said I've done this many many times only to fail midstream or succeed and then gain all the weight back...but this time is different.  This is not a diet...it is a lifestyle change...I am so proud of me...I have made a decision to change my life (in many ways) for the better!!  Say a little prayer for me friends...I think today will be a great day!  Cleanse today, Cleanse tomorrow and then we will check out my results (weight & measurements) on Saturday...I got in trouble for weighing yesterday so even though I really wanted to I did not step on the scales today!! I'll keep you posted...
