Day #5

WooHoo...Day #5...I could step on they scale this morning without getting into trouble and guess what guys...10 pounds lighter...10 pounds...I could not believe it...The cleanse days were definitely worth it!  I am so excited and I feel great!  I thought I would be starving this morning and craving food but I am not...I feel super!  Like I said I am just in awe of this product.  Don't get me wrong...this is not a miracle weight loss tool...it takes dedication and self discipline but WOW is it worth it!!  I have so much energy, I am not tired or haven't had any mood swings at all...I understand some people do feel a little yucky and Isagenix has these wonderful chocolates you can eat but I didn't have those and I don't feel like I needed them!!  I haven't felt better in months!!  Today I'm doing shakes and get a sensible meal tonight but I'm not even thinking about the meal...I'm really excited about doing the shakes moreso than the meal!!  Three shake days now and then the last two of the nine days will be another cleanse and I am actually looking forward to the cleanse...that's crazy!!  Thanks for all the encouragement & I will keep you all posted...til tomorrow...
